The mission of LiveYoga Wellness Westchester Center is to provide an environment for the local community to inspire and promote wellness. Teri R, executive director/founder of LiveYoga Wellness dreamed of opening a wellness center.While looking for a suitable venue she was introduced to Peter Rood, Rector at Holy Nativity Parish who was in the process of renovating a space at the church into a yoga center. A match made in heaven, so to speak.We support the "greening of the community" with the use of eco-friendly materials including bamboo flooring and the props appointing the studio.Our goal is to promote and enable self-health and healing through the mindful practice of yoga, meditation and other related classes and workshops. LiveYoga Wellness offers a wide variety of classes and workshops suitable to different needs. "Yoga and wellness can be practiced at some level by everyone regardless of age, health or physical ability," Ms. Roseman said.
