We are primarily a catering company and have a beautiful 30 foot mobile bbq trailer for weekends when we don't have a catered event. Lately, the " Country Style Wedding " has been very popular. Why spend 10 grand on food when you can put that money toward the honeymoon? While we aren't "fancy" we are spectacular when it comes to flavor and overall experience! We specialize in a competition winning style of BBQ. What does this mean? In competitions, every bite must be perfect and presentation counts for just as much as taste. This meticulous style of cooking guarantee that when you come to Lockstock BBQ, you're going to have some of the best Q you've ever eaten. Many can say competition style, we have the hardware to prove it! We've been competing for 4 years and have placed in a category every, single, year! First place trophies for pork and beef as well as the coveted grand championship trophy in the Buckaroo BBQ Challenge in Pendleton OR.
