We incorporate mantra recitation, mediation and ritual practice in our sessions. During the session you will listen to healing ritual music, while resting on a traditional massage table. In many ways this will seem like a typical massage, however this treatment is energetic in nature. The physical massage and manipulation works to open the energetic body from a physical level. This allows the tensions and toxins trapped in the body tissue, a way to exit the body. The therapist will first scan your body from head to toe with her hands, visualizing the channels and chakras that while transmit positive energy into your body. This works to identify areas of stagnation and tension. Next, she will use massage oils blessed by many mantra recitations, to remove the energy blockages in the body.
