Lower Forge Brewery

Welcome to our craft brewery here in the heart of Downtown Medford! As a beer production facility, we're allowed by New Jersey law to offer sampler ("taster") glasses of beer, "flights" (a paddle of four or more taster glasses), and regular pours as long as guests take a brief tour led by one of our brewers before we can serve them any beer. Beer for sale "to-go" only does not require a tour. Here in the sampling room, a flight of four taster glasses is $9 for regular releases (or $12 if you replace one of your choices with a special release). Since we are a production brewery, it's New Jersey law (NJAC 33:1-10) that requires Lower Forge Brewery to provide a tour to each guest enjoying our beer before we can pour anything for you here on our premises.
