Lucky No 3 is an arts boutique in the SE Clinton neighborhood of Portland, OR. Owned by metalsmith artist, Julie Cooper. Come meet the artist, you'll usually find her working on jewelry designs right on site. This little gem of a shop will delight your senses with beautiful, organic, everyday wear, artisan jewelry. Her unique designs are made from sterling silver, brass, and copper. You'll also find other local art such as original paintings, ceramics, cards, prints, and much more.
