Our MISSION is simple: EMPOWER people to create connection and take action on what matters most to them through the practice of Baptiste Yoga. We set the bar high and rise to the occasion of our lives. We are bold, badass, silly, expressive, kind, loving, open, physical and powerful human beings who unite to be a courageous stand for ourselves and one another.
