Mac Speed & Strength creates more complete athletes by filling the void created by early specialization. Strength and conditioning is the most important yet overlooked component of healthy teenage athletes. A weak core and under developed back muscles can lead to any number of pains and aches and we focus our training on attacking those weaknesses. We specialize in volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, and basketball players and with our training methods we create a more explosive and balanced athlete that plays faster and with more confidence. We accomplish this through a combination of agility and jumping drills supplemented with age appropriate strength training. We work with individual athletes and we do hourly rates for team training.
