Mandy McGaugh Massage

I offer four primary services for personal healing: Custom Therapeutic Massage for all stages of life, Prenatal Massage, Natural Labor Induction, and Somatic Tarot Readings. All therapeutic massage sessions are trauma informed and catered specifically to the individual needs of the client, many of whom have been receiving from me for nearly two decades. I approach the body from a holistic perspective, recognizing that the distressing events we navigate can both consciously and subconsciously inform and shape our lived experience in the body. Left unaddressed, trauma and/or chronic stress may contribute to a felt sense of mental restlessness, physical tension, pain, immune suppression, and structural imbalance. As both a treatment and preventative measure, I use therapeutic bodywork to cultivate personal safety for clients. Together we can facilitate palpable stress reduction, tension release, trauma remediation, and healthful integration.
