The Castros come from a long lineage of restaurateurs, dating back to their grandparents time in Jalisco, Mexico. Jorge and Betty now have six restaurants under their belts between Oregon and Washington. They say that the focus on excelled customer service and quality is what keeps customers coming back for more. The Castros are a close family, and you can find every single one of them working in the restaurants, contributing to their success. “Family is important,” says Jorge, “and there’s nothing better than having the opportunity to turn customers into family.”
