Market Grille Cafe

Joe Pierro, born and raised in Buffalo, NY, moved to Las Vegas in 1979 to attend the Hotel Program at UNLV. Joe started working at the age of 13 at a pizzeria in Buffalo. Joe has over 40 years of various experience in the hospitality industry. In 2006, Joe's dream of having his own restaurant became a reality when he and his family opened the Market Grille Café.
