Housed within the oldest building in Fullerton (1899), Matador Cantina extends to the long history of dining and drinking establishments, which have occupied the historic brick structure for over 50 years! Independently owned and operated, Matador Cantina prides itself in providing Mexican inspired dishes made entirely from scratch and using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. We also offer an array of beers, premium tequilas, and signature cocktails, including our handcrafted Margaritas, voted "Best Margarita in Orange County." Combined with warm and inviting décor, Matador promises an altogether unique and rewarding dining experience. In addition to daily lunch, dinner and late-night menus, Matador Cantina proudly offers brunch, served Saturday and Sunday, as well as convenient Take-out service.
