Established in 2011. Maui Elegant Tan opened in February 2011 as Maui Million Dollar Tan. As months flew by we researched products, participated in specialized trainings and tanned hundreds of visitors and residents. We re-branded to Maui Elegant Tan in April 2013 with a focus on customized spray tans. We continue to serve individuals and parties as a mobile tanning service.
