We are a Yoga Alliance Registered Hot Yoga School. We offer many teacher trainings throughout the year and the studio is ever evolving with new energy. Our slogan is, Hot Yoga served fresh daily. We offer a fun, dynamic style of hot yoga combining traditional hot yoga with modern wisdom from various schools of yoga. Our teachers all have many years of teaching & life experience and bring these teachings into their classes. Our teachers are certified Bkram, Ashtanga, Baptiste & Dharma Mittra Yoga. We unify these teachings with a deep emphasis on breath & intention.
