Maya-Mex Restaurant

it all started in our own backyard. One day we decided to get rid of brand new scrapped metal from a project we had. we had a custom griddle imported from Mexico. we started little cook outs with the family. we love the way the tacos would sizzle on the griddle. i decided to suggest to my parents to sell food.... in our backyard. yes, our backyard would be full of stranger and most of the family would be working there. we would all work for one goal... to satisfy our customers. we had the idea to enter the restaurant industry. at that time my parents and my uncles when their separate ways and opened two restaurant. we met a successful business man with a small restaurant. a lot of time was put to fix up this place and up to this day we are still improving. we have expanded our walls. now, we are a hard working team bringing the taste that came from our own backyard... literally.
