About Howdy, folks! I'm Michael Keene, and I've been a photographer for about a decade now. I've always had a passion for photography, but really came into my own while in film school in Charleston, SC. While still living the Holy City, I shot a boatload of weddings and edited even more for fellow photographers. It was grand old time. I also learned to shoot portraiture, families, and roller derby Afterward I headed to Asheville, NC, where I did a little less photo work and spent more time being a zip line guide and ice cream maker. It was a weird time in life. Then I made it to Las Vegas. The reason for the move is a bit of a long story (nothing to do with witness protection, I promise), but either way I fell in love with this weird little city. It's got its ups and downs, pros and cons, but at the end of the day it's uniquely itself. Since moving here, I've become the official photographer for nerd haven Millennium Fandom Bar, done engagement shoots on the Las Vegas Strip and the Neon Graveyard, and created marketing materials for the best escape room in town.
