In 2016, Tuncay and Semih came up with the idea of building a food truck to serve traditional Mediterranean food to twin city residents. After operating out food truck for 3 years, we opened our first brick and mortar location in Chanhassen. Our recipes are pass down from generations to generations. We are excited to share our heritage and kitchen with you. We are sure that our hand crafted, fresh Turkish-Mediterranean cuisine will leave an impression that you will never forget.
