My intuitive technique is a nurturing, restorative blend of firm swedish, deep tissue and acupressure with detailed work where needed. I also specialize in myofascial release for those with re occuring chronic issues. Myofascial release techniques relieve tension and pain by releasing both the muscles and the fascia system, helping to restructure and align the body. With a deep sense of compassion, I am in tune with your needs. I am there to help through times of stress and challenge and I understand the importance and benefit of healing touch. I am extremely grounded and incorporate this balancing energy into my treatments.
