We help busy people of all fitness levels drop body fat fast and tone up through our fun & innovative 30 minute workouts. m.e.l.t. Stands for "more energy, less time" as our workouts are proven to help you lose more calories and feel more energized in just 30 minutes. We offer group training: Large Group Personal Training (bootcamp, m.e.l.t. style): Unlike a lot of "bootcamps" m.e.l.t.'s is like personal training in the group environment, coaches modify, regress & progress people of all levels in each session. Small Group Accellerated Results Personal Training: More personal attention per client and programming to deliver results even faster. Youth Fitness: We work w/ a range of kids; who need to get off the couch to high level athletes and everyone in between. We do offer private personal training too. In addition to rapid fat loss, m.e.l.t. helps clients reduce stress, increase flexibility, eliminate aches & pains and improve their overall health (BP, blood sugar & heart).
