We still slow smoke our beef brisket and pulled pork for sixteen hours with an apple and hickory wood combination that has been perfected by 4 generations of cooks. Our spare ribs are still rubbed down with our family's special 12-seasoning rub, then perfectly smoked and glazed with our secret recipe BBQ sauce that dates back to our grandfather.
