Metro Deli & Grill

The Metro Deli and Grill, family owned and operated by Steve Apostolovski, with help from mom Danica,and is tucked away in an office building smack in the middle of the trendy Golden Corridor on the south side of Big Beaver half way between Crooks and Coolidge roads. It is a bright and lively spot, but like so many of your better places to eat, It may take a minute or two extra to find it at first, but it is well worth the added effort and once discovered it is likely to be become a pleasurable luncheon 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, breakfast is available, but the Metro Deli clearly is meant for the daily lunch crowd and so says their menu. here are nearly three dozen different sandwiches to choose from, from their line of combination sandwiches the Reuben, club and treats from the grill and the old standbys the patty melt and cheeseburger. For the lighter appetite there is also a line of light-sandwiches and roll-ups and over a dozen salads also specializes in catering for any occasion and has a separate menu priced per person. There are breakfast, vegetable and deli trays; fruit bowls specialty entrees such as Chicken Kabobs, lasagna and Angus Beef burgers; salads, box lunches and appetizers. The Metro Deli and Grill has a clean modern lay out but is old fashioned and comfortable seating. A great place for lunch.
