Michael is a great guy! He replaced multiple batteries for a few of my cheaper, everyday watches in the past. I took my Rado in for maintenance (Rado only recommends to send to them for maintenance, batt change, cleaning, etc) which cost $59-$109 not including shipping fees. Genuine guy, he'll do everything in front of you and will also tell you every little detail about your watch that you've never known. The price is unbeatable, do not take your watch to a jewelry store or regular watch store at the mall. He's a master watchman that works on all types of watch pieces.
