In the twenty or more years that I have been a massage therapist, I have worked with professional football players, rock stars, and prima ballerinas. A former dancer with American Ballet Theatre in New York, I graduated from The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in 1991. Since then I have studied with nearly all of the top teachers in my field and combine their techniques (neuromuscular therapy, myofascial massage, orthopedic massage and active isolated stretching) into sessions lasting seventy-five minutes or more.
