Established in 2018. Mickey's Subs was developed by local Chef Michael "Mickey " Dortch and his family in 2018 and opend up August 2019 . Mickey and his family wanted to create a new fast casual concept that focuses on the individual ingredients. We have celebrated 1 year in business and look forward to continuing to serve the community.
