From the meat we slow roast in a charcoal-fired oven, to the corn for our homemade tortillas, to the spices we use to imbue to our condiments, we hand select each ingredient from purveyors we know and trust. Mid St8 Taco is committed to doing our part for the environment. We use recyclable to-go containers, serve reverse osmosis water and compost and recycle everything we can. We try to make the world a better place once taco at a a time.
