Established in 1990. Midwest Cafe and Market originated under the name Winkler's Natural Foods in downtown Jasper in the early 90s. For almost 3 decades the store has supplied the area with the freshest and highest quality food available. Ownership changed in the early 00s when Rolanda Gabhart bought the business from her sister Rachel. Since owning the business, Rolanda, joined by her three sons, has changed the name and created an assortment of salads that will have you hooked on eating healthy! Simply put, you won't find a better or more diverse list of salads anywhere else.
