We bake our fresh focaccia daily, make fresh pasta, pizza dough, dressings, sauces and support local produce and products as much as we can. Opened their Waterfront Location in June of 2016! Morgan Starr and Ingrid YC Chan created one of the best restaurants on the Big Island for its' residents and guests through excellent food, smart and attentive service and a commitment to sustainable Hawaii.
