Dr. Latter completed his undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Cincinnati, then earned his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Latter moved to California to serve his internship at the Long Beach VA Medical Center. He studied ophthalmology at Stanford University in the summers before and during his three-year residency in ophthalmology at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Latter is a longtime volunteer for EyeCare America, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the California Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, the Los Angeles County Medical, and California Medical Associations. Dr. Latter and his team serve patients of all ages and provide services ranging from eye exams and contact lens fittings to eye disease treatment for conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, and dry eye.
