Model Bakery

We are a scratch bakery with 42 years of experience. We specialize in delicious donuts, cookies, cream puffs, cakes, caramel rolls, coffee cakes, breads, buns, kuchens, blachenda, homemade noodles, and cheese buttons. We started in our bakery in 1975 with no experience in the baking industry. Uncle Max the previous owner trained us in the art of making breads, buns, donuts, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, etc. After one month of intense training, we were on our own. It was quite an experience, and we look back and have many laughs. We were lucky to have a baker call us for a job, and his experience helped us immensely.
