Established in 2009.We wanted to eat food that made us happy & healthy without having to think too hard about it. That is why we built Modern Market. We believe healthy, tasty and affordable food should be available everywhere. We specialize in farm-to-table, American fare with something for everyone. It's gourmet, scratch-made goodness. We work to eliminate as many chemicals, additives, and preservatives as possible. We use natural sweeteners like agave instead of refined, processed sugar. We love foods filled with healthy fats - real butter, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk cheeses and raw nuts. Basically, we serve food we would prepare at home if we had the time.
