The owner is very humble, welcoming and professional cook in Somali tradition food. There was only one East-African( Somali) restaurant Near North-side neighborhood by then and Hassan( owner) saw the opportunity to serve a traditional , delicious food. Hassan was a cab driver and fed up with the fast food and the One crowded restaurant opened near the downtown. The idea of Mogadishu Restaurant born and survived up to date. We serve an authentic, tradition home-made food.
