Hi there! My name is Andy Choi, and I’m a photographer, graphic designer, and nomad at heart. I was born in South Korea, but spent my high school years in Paraguay before I came to Los Angeles to study graphic design. I currently live in South Pasadena, California, with my beautiful wife Jiyoon. We both went to Art Center College of Design and have been together ever since we met on the first day of college — she is my soulmate and best friend for life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated with good design and anything art-related, and that led me to a wonderful career as a graphic designer. But after 10+ years, I began slowly losing my passion because I felt the field of graphic design was becoming more mechanical (at least my job was) and not quite artistic enough to keep my creative juices flowing.
