I started working since i was young at restaurant, and I moved around the state for new experiences. I started work restuarant in Asian Fusion , Japanese and Thai.I like to cook, making sauces , created, presentation and trying new things - Ramen and sushi are of my favorite interests. I create my own sauces, chashu,spices, and broth with filtered water. I went to many sushi and ramen places and ate ramen and sushi from young age and always tried the original tonkotsu, chicken and tsukeman and all sushi nigiri's , sashimi and rolls .There are many sushi and ramen shops all restaurant's different .I would like to make unique flavor pork and chicken broth with home made chashu with quality control to serve for all customers enjoy our food.
