I maturated in health and wellness at early age as I struggled with obesity as a young adolescent. At age 12 I lost over 90lbs in preparation to for my freshman football season and began my path towards an overall healthier me.After graduating from Spring Valley high school in 2008, I received a football scholarship to play at the University of Mary (Bismarck, ND) where I completely transformed my body. Having a first hand experience being obese, I developed an inquisitive love for health, weight management and overall well being. I decided to enter a path towards wellness and in 2011, as I successfully graduated in 3 years with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology.
