Muscle Surfing

Established in 2001. Hi, my name is Tavia Schwartz, and I am an experienced massage therapist, both nationally and state certified, licensed in the city of Albuquerque, NM since 2001. I'm also a licensed massage instructor since 2005. I graduated from the Universal Therapeutic Massage Institute in September, 2001, winning the Deep Tissue Massage award. Since graduating, I now own my own mobile massage business called "Muscle Surfing". I was awarded the title of "Best Massage Therapist" in Albuquerque The Magazine 2010 "Best Of The City" issue. I've always felt like massage was my calling. I began exploring the many benefits of massage by massaging my family and friends with my hands and feet for a dollar a session at the age of five. By the time I was in high school, I began practicing massage on classmates and worked my way up to middle/long-distance professional athlete runners. Other than my experience with professional runners, I've really enjoyed the opportunity to work on touring bands and mu
