The Complex itself is 15,000 ft.² of multifunctional equipment, cardiovascular equipment, free weights, cross-training and physical therapy tools. The Complex allows trainers to focus on bringing the best quality training to their clients. Trainer’s clients remain private and are not forced to buy memberships or sign contracts with the complex.
