My background is in music education, which translates really well to working with kids of all ages. I miss teaching at times, but owning my own business and having the benefit of being my own boss has been a game changer for me. I love that I can continue to work with children through my school portrait work, and still get to be a grown up with high school seniors and headshot clients.
