Dr. Eva Salzer is the Director of Physical Medicine at New England Holistic Health Center. She founded the practice with Elizabeth Monahan,LMFT , the Director of Behavioral Health Services in1985 in Glastonbury, Ct. Dr. Salzer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical technology from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She worked at the well respected Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta for five years specializing in Hematology. Subsequently, she singlehandedly set up an Immunoflorescence laboratory at Emory University and conducted research on effectiveness of various sun screens. She assisted an Emory University Dermatologist. In performing biopsies of possible skin cancers and completed all of the laboratory work to diagnose these conditions. Dr. Salzer entered the Preventive Natural Health field and returned to school to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Atlanta.
