New Era Health Coaching

Health Coaching is a service provided by a medical professional trained to partner with clients to assist them along their path to optimal health. Health coaches often team up with their clients primary care providers and other members of their healthcare team to assist in the development of customized plans of care for patients with chronic illnesses (i.e. joint pain or heart disease) However, since most health care takes place in the home, health coaches pay particular attention to increasing their client's confidence in their own self-care.
