We believe in challenging the body in a multi-faceted way to create a lasting change in your body. To do this, we have created a fully equipped Pilates studio that offers all levels of both private and group classes taught by our classically trained instructors, most of which have over 10 years of experience. Our neighborhood studio features Classical Pilates equipment by Gratz Pilates.
