Anyone who knows me can tell you that I love to bake. For years I have toyed with the idea of making my passion into a business.When I became pregnant with my son I began broadening the scope of my baking to incorporate healthy alternatives to classic favorites. I could never eliminate my sweet tooth altogether but the dyes, chemicals, refined sugars and flours had to go!Over the past 2 years I would like to think that I have mastered the art of "healthifying" the classics.
