This is a sensual practice that uses clothing as a symbolic representation of the daily "masks" we place on ourselves to function in our Society. The nudity enhances the goals of Yoga to combine the three entities of ourselves into one healthy human being: the Mind, the Spirit and the Physical Body as well as strengthening the bond to the Universe. This has been a healing experience for those who have suffered from sexual issues, PTSD and other ailments.
