Nurturing Massage wants to help you to be a happier and healthier you. When I customize a massage for a client I use deep tissue, hold trigger points, and incorporate starching. Or I will do a lighter pressure flowing massage more like a Swedish style. I like to work with those that deal with TMJ and headaches related to that by using Myofascial release. Some people don't realize the headache and neck pain has to do with TMJ. I do a very relaxing and therapeutic facial massage to relieve that pain. With all the stresses of daily life in LA.
