Oak + Elixir is an American wine and beer eatery owned by Carlsbad locals! Sourcing from small production family estate wineries both domestic and old world wines. O+E takes pride on promoting San Diego’s largest selection by glass pour from around the world. We have curated a boutique wine menu from regions such as Spain, France, Germany, New Zealand, Argentina, Napa, Sonoma, and Santa Barbara. We also offer 6 different local craft beers that we rotate weekly. We are now serving craft cocktails, as of June 2021. We believe our cocktails are higher quality as they are made with freshly squeezed juices and all natural ingredients. Our cocktail menu has something for everyone.
