Off the Griddle

Established in 2011.This business stems from the fact that a good, fresh, affordable veggie, and especially vegan, burger is difficult to come by. Therefore in the summer of 2010, when the opportunity arose, Dan and Ashley turned a simple concept into reality. Ashley devised Off The Griddle's unique burger recipe while Dan, with his own history in construction and freelance writing on sustainability, added the solar power aspect. Together the pair have created a unique, Portlandesque food cart providing gourmet veggie burgers in as sustainable a manner as possible. Hopefully, many years of happy, green and veggie food service remain.
