Family Health and General Practice. With a vision to assist the under-served communities, Dr. Carlos Oliva founded Vista Family Health Center in 1996. Starting off as a solo practitioner, he soon was overwhelmed by the amount of patients that followed his charismatic and excellent medical treatment plans. As time went by, he decided to add providers to his practice and evolved into a great medical corporation known as Vista Family Health Center, INC. To further grow with the times Dr. Carlos Oliva decided to incorporate Aesthetic Medicine.
