Established in 2005. The Olive View Community Mental Health Urgent Care Center (UCC) is part of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Established in 2005, the program moved to its current location in 2011. The UCC is a walk-in crisis mental health center where consumers can receive initial mental health services prior to being linked to a community-based mental health center for ongoing services.
