OSM has one physical therapist and two physical​ therapist assistants. Catherine Ondrusek has over 20 years experience providing physical therapy services to the public. At Ondrusek Sports Medicine, Catherine has successfully treated a variety of ailments. Everything from broken wrists to knee replacements to sciatica to swimmers shoulder. Catherine has treated all of that and much more. Clay Svatek is a Physical Therapy Assistant with a Kinesiology degree from Texas A&M University. Lee De La Rosa is a Physical Therapy Assistant. Many local doctors refer their patients to Catherine for their physical therapy needs. Ondrusek Sports Medicine takes all major insurance plans.
