OTF is a heart-rate based interval training concept that is sweeping the nation! It is a one-of-a-kind workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension training and weights. Every group personal training session is led by a professional coach to prevent any over/under-training.
