Chef/Owner Daniel Krohmer served as sous chef & sushi chef under Iron Chef Morimoto in Philadelphia. He has also served as touring chef for Taylor Swift, Metallica, Warped Tour & Coachella, among others. Touring across the world and being classically trained in Japan on sushi, his food is  a representation of all of his experience and travels.
