Pacific Gymnastics

Pacific Gymnastics is a fully equipped 6000 square foot gymnastics facility. Our coaches utilize the U.S.A. Gymnastics levels 1 through 10. We start with toddlers learning level 1 skills. The gymnasts progress at their own rate through the levels. While some will stay in recreational gymnastics, others may want to compete. We offer a progressive style of instruction based on stretching, strength enhancement, and skill training. Hilo needed a complete gymnastics facility. My family decided to open a gym, I had been a competitive gymnast, and had taught gymnastics classes in college. My 2 daughters made it to Level 10 and both competed in Division 1 colleges. My dream came true when we opened Pacific Gymnastics in Nov. 1995. We have been training gymnasts for 22 years! My daughter Quinn coaches with me, as well as our dear friend, Coach Trillium. I am so blessed to have this gym and the children that attend, We have had children as long as 12 years in our program. I hope to continue coaching as long as I am able.
